Rubber floors are becoming more and more commonplace in commercial and home  gyms than they have ever been before, and this is for a wide assortment of reasons.

The most important reason for having them is that they are an important safety measure.

One of the main upsides of using 20mm thick and substantial rubber flooring for your gym is that it provides great upsides in injury prevention and solid under foot and very little chance of the rubber curling like the thinner tiles.

The tiles also puts a cushion under all of the gym equipment. It is far too commonplace for one to drop a free weight, and the use of the rubber gym flooring tiles are essentially going to protect both the floor and the equipment from damage.

These 100% recycled rubber gym flooring tiles have very good slip resistance properties, which will significantly reduce the number of accidents gym-goers will sustain from slipping and falling mid-exercise. It is also comparatively easy to clean, and easy to maintain; once installed, you will have to pay little to no attention to it, provided that it was installed optimally into your gym floor.

Laying your tiles

• Most 20mm tiles need no adhesives for inside, on a concrete base floor
• If laying outside then a crusher base should be used and you could add some rubber floor tile nails from us to stop them moving
• With all above I have seen plenty of people lay them on stable ground outdoors for their cross fit Ninja style gym

**We use backload trucks for all of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
